Our Sublimation Process
In our workshop, we follow a meticulous and detailed process to ensure that each sublimated product meets the highest quality standards. Here’s a step-by-step look at how we take your ideas from design to reality.
We work with you to create or adjust your design, ensuring it meets your expectations and is optimized for sublimation. We use professional design software to ensure precision and quality in every detail.
Once the design is ready, we print it on special sublimation paper using high quality inks. These inks will turn into a gas during the sublimation process, transferring the design to the product material.
We prepare the product for sublimation, making sure it is clean and ready to receive the design. This includes carefully placing the sublimation paper on the product.
We use a heat press to apply a precise combination of time, temperature and pressure, transferring the design from the sublimation paper to the product. This process ensures that the colors are permanently fused with the material.
After sublimation, we inspect each product to ensure that the design has been transferred correctly and meets our high quality standards. Only products that pass this inspection are shipped to our customers.
